Follow these steps after payment. If your confirmation is delayed, we can verify it quickly using your TXID.
Step 1 — Prepare details
- Your email used for purchase
- Your plan (Starter / Pro / City / Annual)
- TXID (transaction hash) from your wallet
- Optional: screenshot of the payment page
Step 2 — Send confirmation request

Subject: Papa Alai Automatic — Payment confirmation
Include: Email + Plan + TXID.
Step 3 — Receive Product Pack
Download your Product Pack (templates, checklists, scripts). If access is missing — contact support with TXID.
Step 4 — Start implementation
Follow the checklist in your pack. If you get stuck, contact support with the same email + TXID.
