Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the Emergency Service Lead Alert Kit by Papa Alai Automatic (the “Service”), available at alaibek.com.
1. Pricing
The Service is offered on two plans:
- Launch Setup Plan — $149 setup + $49/month
- Simple Monthly Plan — $89/month — Recommended
2. How payments work
Payments are handled through Paddle checkout. For any refund question, contact hello@alaibek.com.
3. Setup is prepared manually
Setup is not fully automatic. After payment, your setup is prepared manually within 24–48 hours on business days. Because setup is manually prepared, refund requests should be sent as soon as possible so the request can be reviewed before significant setup work has been done.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Past subscription charges are generally not automatically refunded after the billing period has started.
5. Billing errors and checkout issues
Refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical checkout issues can be reviewed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@alaibek.com with the details.
6. Setup problems
If you have setup problems, please contact hello@alaibek.com so the issue can be reviewed.
7. How refund decisions are made
Refund decisions may depend on payment status, setup status, and Paddle or payment-processing rules. Each request is reviewed on its own circumstances.
8. No business-outcome guarantee
This policy does not guarantee revenue, does not guarantee leads, does not guarantee that zero leads will be missed, does not promise an instant callback, and does not promise an emergency response.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
10. Who operates the Service
The Service is built and operated by Alaibek, an automation developer from the Kyrgyz Republic. It is a focused, independent product.
