Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Emergency Service Lead Alert Kit by Papa Alai Automatic (the “Service”), available at alaibek.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is the Emergency Service Lead Alert Kit — a ready-to-use QR and web request system for urgent service businesses. It turns urgent QR and web requests into fast internal alerts for a service team. The kit includes:

• Private service request page
• QR-ready lead link
• Fast internal alerts
• 20-minute urgent lead reminder
• Customer confirmation page
• Setup instructions
• QR placement guide

2. What the Service is not

The Service is a lead alert tool. It is not an emergency dispatch service and does not replace emergency services. If there is a dangerous or life-threatening emergency, you and your customers must contact local emergency services directly. Businesses using the Service remain fully responsible for responding to their own customers.

The Service does not guarantee revenue, does not guarantee leads, does not guarantee that zero leads will be missed, does not promise an instant callback, and does not promise an emergency response.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Setup and delivery

Setup is not fully automatic. After payment, your setup is prepared manually within 24–48 hours on business days. To prepare your setup, you must provide accurate setup information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your setup.

5. Pricing

The Service is offered on two plans:

• Launch Setup Plan — $149 setup + $49/month
• Simple Monthly Plan — $89/month — Recommended

Prices, taxes, and billing terms may vary by location. The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

6. Payments

Payments are handled through Paddle checkout. We do not store full payment card details. Your receipt is provided by Paddle by email.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel according to the instructions provided at checkout or by emailing hello@alaibek.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund past periods except as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy controls.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its security.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service unless explicitly permitted in writing.

10. Data you provide

The service request form collects the information a requester submits, which may include name, phone number, email, area code, and a description of the issue. This information is used to alert the relevant service team and to prepare and operate your request flow. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials provided by Papa Alai Automatic are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Service for your own business use.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results can vary, and the Service does not guarantee any specific business outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papa Alai Automatic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Who operates the Service

The Service is built and operated by Alaibek, an automation developer from the Kyrgyz Republic. It is a focused, independent product.
