This Privacy Policy explains how the Emergency Service Lead Alert Kit by Papa Alai Automatic (the “Service”) handles information. The Service is a simple lead alert kit for urgent service businesses, available at alaibek.com.

The Service turns urgent QR and web requests into fast internal alerts for a service team. It is a focused lead alert tool, not an emergency dispatch service.
2. Information collected through request forms
A service request form may collect the information a requester submits, which can include:

- Phone number
- Area / ZIP / postal code, if provided
- Issue type, if provided
- Urgency, if provided
- Message / issue description
- Page or request context
3. How request information is used
Request information is used to notify the relevant service team through fast internal alerts. It may also be used to prepare and operate the customer’s request flow.
4. Sensitive information
Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or emergency information unless it is necessary for the service request. The Service is not an emergency dispatch service and does not replace emergency services. For a dangerous or life-threatening emergency, contact local emergency services directly. Businesses using the Service remain responsible for responding to their own customers.
5. Payments
Payment information is handled through Paddle checkout. We do not store full payment card details. Paddle may send receipts and handle billing and subscription information.
6. Service providers
Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, checkout, hosting, alerts, and email or support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their part of the Service.
7. Analytics
If analytics is used, it may collect basic website usage information such as pages visited and device or browser data.
8. No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
