Who builds this

This product is built by Alaibek, an automation developer from the Kyrgyz Republic. It is a focused, independent product — not a large agency, not a franchise, and not a reseller program.

The goal is simple and practical: help urgent service businesses respond to new requests faster, using a small system that is quick to set up and easy to understand.

Why this product exists

Many urgent service businesses — the kind people call when something is broken, leaking, or stuck — still collect new requests through a plain web form. Those requests can land in an inbox and wait, sometimes for hours, while the customer moves on to the next company.

For urgent work, speed of response matters. The Emergency Service Lead Alert Kit exists to close that gap: a new request triggers a fast internal alert to the team, with a follow-up reminder, so urgent requests are easier for the team to notice and review quickly.

    If the request still needs attention, a 20-minute urgent reminder follows up so the team can review the urgent request again.

    The customer sees a clear confirmation screen letting them know the service team has been notified.
